Very Handy tool for pulling Ropes or wire through pipelines, such as underground telecom cable or rope and wire connections.
Simply attache your pulling eye into the end of your drain rods and feed it through to the other opening of the pipe.
Then fasten your cable or rope and pull from the other side (from the opening you previously used to push the rods through)
